Kelsey has called Vincennes, Indiana her home for the last decade and has dedicated her professional work to strengthening the community.
Outside of work, Kelsey loves spending time with her two little girls and husband. Born and raised in Nebraska, you can often find Kelsey cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers or immersing herself in creative projects, such as painting, crocheting, and gardening.
